Cocktail recipe Pisco sour
- Pour 0.5 oz of quail egg white, 1 oz of lime juice, 1 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of pisco into a shaker
- Give it a good dry shake
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
- Strain into a chilled sour glass
- Garnish with 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
