Cocktail recipe Berry pimms
- Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 2 cucumber wheels, 2 strawberries into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of honey syrup, 0.75 oz of lemongrass syrup, 1 oz of raspberry vodka and 1 oz of blackcurrant vodka
- Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the highball glass
- Top up with Sprite and stir gently
- Garnish with a half of strawberry and a cucumber slice
