    • Pour 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup, 0.15 oz of lychee liqueur, 0.5 oz of limoncello and 1 oz of gold rum into a shaker

    • Strain into a chilled champagne saucer

    • Whisk until foam forms
