| Coconut milk | 3 | oz |

Cocktail recipe Tropical lemonade
- A one-quart pitcher is enough for about 4 highball glasses
- Fill the pitcher 2/3 of the way with ice cubes
- Place 1 bar spoon of granulated cane sugar into a shaker
- Pour in 3 oz of coconut milk, 17.5 oz of pineapple juice and 2.5 oz of yellow banana syrup
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the pitcher
- Top up with pineapple juice and stir gently
- Garnish with half a passionfruit
