    Orange 0.53oz
    Ground nutmeg 0.04oz
    Ice cubes 7.05oz
    Rocks glass1piece
    Nutmeg grater1piece

    Cocktail recipe Spicy India

    • Pour 0.8 oz of quail egg white, 0.7 oz of lemon juice, 0.7 oz of almond syrup, and 0.3 oz of amaro into a shaker
    • Add 0.5 oz of falernum, 0.3 oz of triple sec, and 1.3 oz of London dry gin
    • Shake gently without ice
    • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake one more time
    • Pour through a strainer and a sieve into a rocks glass
    • Garnish with ground nutmeg and half a dried pineapple wheel
