Cocktail recipe City of dreams
- Fill the cognac glass to the top with crushed ice

- Add 3 dashes of fennel bitters, 0.75 oz of rhubarb liqueur, and 2 oz of London dry gin
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake carefully
