Cocktail recipe Missionary's downfall
- Fill a sling glass to the top with crushed ice
- Place a peeled and chopped pineapple wheel into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 0.5 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup, 0.75 oz of peach liqueur and 2 oz of white rum
- Add 5 mint leaves
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Finely strain into the sling glass
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge, a sprig of mint and a red Maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
